When re-sizing a ring, a fee of 5000 Japanese yen may be incurred depending on the extent of the re-size.

Exchanges and Returns Policy
＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞
Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the Cancel button on the website.
Items after shipping: Sales are final after purchase and we can't accept refunds at this time. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct size. Unhewn thanks you for your co-operation and understanding.

＜Re-sizing＞
If you need your order to be re-sized, you can return the item to us. You are responsible for paying to return the item back to us and any additional adjustment/resizing fees, we will then cover the postal costs to send the item back to you. Please contact us on our Contact page
Delivery Times
As all pieces are partially or totally handcrafted, please allow 5-6 weeks for your order to be made. After which, it will be promptly shipped to the address provided by you at checkout.
